1. Who we are

Hanoi Visa Run is a service of MP Viet Visa (Vietnam Legal Support), 458 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy, Hanoi ("we", "us"). Full company registration details are available on request.

2. What our service is

We provide (a) an eligibility and document check, (b) administrative assistance with visa applications, (c) round-trip transportation from Hanoi to a border gate, and (d) an English-speaking coordinator who assists you with border procedures. We are not a government agency and we do not issue visas or make entry decisions.

3. What we do not guarantee

Visa issuance, entry into Laos or China, and re-entry into Vietnam are decided solely by the relevant authorities. We do not guarantee any of these outcomes. Border opening hours, fees and rules may change without notice.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and genuine documents, hold a passport valid for at least 6 months, not be in overstay at the time of travel, and follow the instructions of your coordinator and of immigration officers.

5. Prices and payment

Service fees are quoted before booking. Government fees are paid by you directly to the authorities and are not refundable by us. A deposit confirms your booking; the amount is stated in your quote.

6. Changes and cancellations

One free date change, subject to availability.
Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: full refund of the service fee minus costs already incurred (for example a Laos visa application already submitted).
Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: the deposit is retained to cover the vehicle and coordinator already committed to your trip.
No-show: no refund.
If we cancel a trip (vehicle failure, border closure, force majeure) you receive a full refund of the service fee or a free rebooking.

7. Refusal of entry or visa

If your e-visa is refused before departure, we refund the service fee minus costs incurred. If entry is refused at a border on the day of travel, the service fee for the trip is not refundable, but we will assist you with your options and transport back to Hanoi.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights, lost income or accommodation costs. Travel insurance is recommended.
