Payment and cancellation
- A deposit confirms your seat; the balance is paid on the day of travel or by bank transfer before departure. We tell you the deposit amount when we quote.
- Bank transfer (VND) or cash. Ask us if you need another method.
- Free date change once, subject to availability. Cancellation terms are in our terms and cancellation policy.
- If your e-visa is refused before departure, we refund the service fee minus any costs already incurred. Government fees are non-refundable.
